Shipping

We ship PAN India, carefully packed to protect the artwork. You'll receive tracking once your piece is dispatched. Delivery timelines are shared per order.

Returns

Because each piece is handmade to order, returns are limited. If your artwork arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Made-to-order

Made-to-order and commissioned pieces are created specifically for you and generally can't be returned or exchanged. We share progress photos so there are no surprises.

Care

Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Bottle-art lights use replaceable batteries.

Privacy

We only use the details you share (name, address, contact) to fulfil your order. We don't sell your data. Optional, privacy-light analytics may be used to improve the site.
